  A great bottle of this. Has that lovely gunpowder/graphite note this vineyard is famous for with a nice bead of acidity that focuses the generous fruit. Complete wine with a velvety mouthfeel. Worth cellaring all these years.

  Quite an open, dark fruit nose. Lacking a bit of fruit - shows limitation of vintage. But a good effort taking that into account.

  Light red, herbal & funky when opened, stunning after half hour, the nose kept evolving, on the palate still fresh, long and layered, my first experience with Mugneret-Gibourg and it did not disappoint, could have passed as a 10 year old Burgundy

  Light red hint of maturity at rim. Pnp at cellar temperature. At first v firm then blossomed over time. Lacy elegant red fruits, really firm backbone and at first acidity which poked out. All integrated with short time in glass. Fruit and richness came through to balance the structure. A complex beautifully crafted Chambolle musigny.
