juicy red fruits, extra savory, as always. a little less acid-ey than its Asti stablemate, but still tangy & refreshing. plumper in this vintage, with a slight brown sugar-ish quality in the middle. a few significant chunks of sediment suggest decanting the next time. always a winner w/food.
Medium body, ruby red color, aromatic, red berries and pepper aroma, ripe cherry, pepper and chocolate on the palate, cherry on finish, extra-long finish, juicy and saturated, peppery, nice acidity, well integrated, soft tannins, well balanced, food friendly. Well drinking with pasta, grilled vegetables and heavy cheeses. Serve 16º - 20º. Drink now and next two years.

Неплохая бюджетная барбера.
На самом деле не очень люблю барберу, но данный экземпляр весьма неплох.
