Last bottle of the case. 20 minute slo-ox, chilled. Aromas of minerality and a touch of honey. Lots of minerality, lemon, and some green apple on the medium to plus palate, with juicy acidity. Should hold for a year or so.

This tells me the noticeable difference of the same Vaillons cru from two different domaines. From the J&S Dauvissat is dry lemon juice with hint of inox, don't know if this is completely fermented and aged in stainless steel tank.
