Fantastic, old-school Chablis. Creamy, citronella, relaxed fruit. Has developed nicely since my last bottle in 2010. Drinking very well now, no reason to hold back.

A much deeper golden color compared to the Moreau. Very distinctive nose of citronella and flowers. Intense and concentrated with minerals but less of the typical taste of sea shells here. I wonder if this is still too young to drink? A very distinctive wine. I like it a lot.

Colour is starting to darken. Nose is wet stone and hints of peaches. The sweet fruit that was in this wine earlier in its life is now fading, but the wine is sound and still stands up to poached salmon. This has been a wonderful case of wine, but it's time to drink up.

Amazing nose of apricot & honey. I can't say enough about the nose - just beautiful. wonderfully balanced crisp citrus & oak with a 30 second finsh w/ strong fruit. If I can find more I am going to buy more...I think this can last a few more years.

Fully mature, dark yellow color, on honeyed fruit, running cheese, stones and spices. The last bottle, enjoyed in 2015 was better for my taste.
