Montreal Offline: Pinot Noir (Restaurant Chez Cristophe): Tasted blind: Deeper shade of ruby red. Nice funkiness with dust, cherries, raspberries, moka, violets and leather. Nice acidity with fruits on a nice sweet medium finish. Very enjoyable. New world for sure.

NobleRottersSydney - Christmas Lunch 2006 (David's place): {14.5%, screwcap} Lifted cherry nose – very new world pinot. The palate is clean and attractive, persistent, medium weight – probably helped along by the high alcohol – with fuzzy tannins. A good wine which a few years will help, although I’ve got a philosophical problem with any pinot that weighs 14.5%...

Very nice wine: cherries, white pepper with a little plum on the finish. Think I left it a little long and it had peaked.
