Thick and full and chewy. Dense sweet fruit with black overtones. Some burnt oak, some bitter tannins, some walnut. Full flavored and a bit too sweet, but not over the top. Not very complex. A lot of full wine for the money. Long finish. Good for the price. This could pass for a medium priced modern Bordeaux. B-

Purple black colored. On the nose plenty of cassis, plums, some vanilla and well integrated oak. Elegant palate, medium body, smooth tannins, enjoyable. A slight hint of alcohol on the mid and finish but very well hidden overall for 14%. Very long lingering finish. Good QPR for a $20 NZ red (NZ$15 on sale)

Cherry tobacco wood chips. Sweet, medium tannins. Loses its balance a little but a good value and highly drinkable.
