1990-99 1er cru dinner at The Bristol (Chicago, IL): Just flab at this point. Ripe peaches. Fortunately not oxidized, but over-the-hill for sure, showing absolutely no grip as it globs its way down your throat. Waxy and fat, and really unenjoyable.

Acidity is 100% there. Very bright. However, I worry that I may have had an off bottle. Flabby, slightly oxidised? Not good in any event.
