  • Friday evening at Bishan. Tasted semi-blind. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon yellow colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of integrated toast, nutty oak, yellow melon, ripe citrus lemon, curry leaf with air. Developed.
On the palate, dry, rounded high acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of lemon cream custard, yellow melon, ripe peach, crunchy stones minerality, integrated nutty toast oak, sweet herbs spice. Long finish.
Very good quality. Complex and well-aged. Quite a significant malolactic feel. Drinking at peak for me.

  • Golden color, much darker than I expected. Unfortunately the bottle is slightly corked, unfair to judge.

  • Beautiful greenish light golden color; waxy yet vividly mineral-driven nose with citrus, apple and crushed stone. Loads of dry extract, lively and great. Much life left.
