Opened by Guillaume d'Angerville - the wine was made by his grandfather. The cork is marked "Mis. D'ANGERVILLE" horizontally, which is never done now because at that time the cork for each bottles were selected by hand and now the job is done by machine. The wine is still quite full on the nose, earthy and rich. With time it continues to get better and better. The palate starts off quite dry. The mouthfeel is lovely but the finish a bit troublesome. Overall, a wonderful experience. (Bistro)
