Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Really excellent bottle. Has lost almost all the fat from it's bones and is now a sleek, pristine wine. I wish I had had time to linger over it a bit longer to truly get to the bottom of it as it took a good while to open up. Still mineral, lentil, a bit waxy, and floral. Excellent grip and persistentce. Should continue to evolve well. I only have one more bottle which I might save for 5-7 years before I open, just to see what happens.
