3110 and Friends: Butter, lemon, spice and some wool aromas, with time in the glass it becomes a little more floral. Good acidity on the palate, the oak takes a back seat and the wine is quite fresh as a result even with the buttery honeyed element. Really nice.

Showing its golden yellow colour we drank this with a wonderful crab pasta with wasabi creme freche and garlic. It's still holding its grassy flavours but runs short on the palate. I'm struggling to review this. It is mouth filling but won't hit the back of the tongue. Maybe this is aged semillon? Would appreciate comment as I have another to drink.
