Still going strong for well kept bottles like the one tonight Bright gold in colour, the nose showing its age but still holding the fresh lime and lemon flavours, apples drizzled in honey all supported by good acidity. Some vanilla, butterscotch and toffee, and cashew nuts. It all comes together very well and has one hell of a decent long finish. Pot luck with this vintage under cork, I reckon in the 5 or 6 bottles I’ve had this is the best one, with around half of them flawed.
Christmas 2017: No formal note as drunk with Christmas lunch.
This was golden in colour and had developed nutty, tertiary flavours as you would expect from a white 17 years in age. Lovely match with the roast turkey.

Looking great. Rich in appearance and taste; deep yellow hue and nutty fruits and minerals. Not sure it's worth keeping for much longer but impressive.
