So, so, so good right now. It had a little effervescence for about 30 mins after opening but that dissipated with air. There's plenty of fresh fruit all over the spectrum, from lemon to peach to apricot. It's perfectly balanced with the tertiary characters like the petrol and honey. The mouthfeel is rich yet delicate with its sharp bolt of acidity. Just another great aged von der Fels.

Ripe yellow fruit, lemon oil and a herbal touch. Creamy but still so fresh with a lovely acidity and first (faint) hints of development. Sorry for the cliche but this really felt Burgundian (think really good Chablis). Too bad it was my only bottle, I wish I had cases of this

This is rapidly becoming one of our favourite wines, and after 3 days of denial during Covid lockdown we readily agreed that this would be the refreshing treat that we both needed on a Friday evening. It manages to be all creamy, fruity, bright and lively at the same time. A nose of lime and pineapple becomes a sherbet concoction on the palate. Drinking so beautifully at the moment I suspect we will not find out how well it ages....

Still a lovely experience, but a little flat compared to earlier bottles. I feel that it is probably past its peak, so drink up!

Nice developed Riesling from Keller: citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit, minerals, fire stone, some yellow peach roundness in the finish.
