  This was nice, a bit on the riper side, developing with some air. Didn't make a detailed note.

  Potent tropical nose had me thinking something like Gewurz initially with some turkish delight, orange citrus, ripe apple, and I suspect some hints of botrytis. Lemon sherbet came a bit later. A slight thickness to the swirl, probably a few grams of residual sugar but not a lot. Racy acid. Not a wine I have tastes previously but this was really good.

  Amazing to try Keller’s “intro” wine after being blown away by their Gross Gewachs. Great wine for the price from one of the worlds’s best winemakers! Paired with gorgozola and pear bruschetta. Intense lemon, pear, green apple, verbena, hint of lavender on a medium finish. Super complex though not very concentrated. 92/100

  Quick taste. Citrus juice and oils, airy herbs and crushed stone. Super mineral and tart, long and intense, very dry, pure and fresh finish. It really comes alive on the palate. Mature, probably, not sure... will continue to drink well for at least a few more years. Great with oysters, I should think.
