  Cedar, plums, dried cherries, subtle earthy notes
  Good acidity, some subtle tannins that dissipate over an hour or so

  Nez sur les pruneaux cuits. Bouche sur pruneaux et mûres, le fruit est encore très expressif. Tanins soyeux complètement intégrés. Longue finale sur pruneaux et cassonade.
  Bon dépot, il fautr laisser la bouteille décanter un bon moment.
