Nose & taste a bit heavy on the raw meat and earthy olives. Perhaps needed to decant to let it open and get more of the fruit and spice which appeared fleetingly.

Decanted for 2 hrs. A bit of an earthy Old World nose. Fruit & pepper tastes didn't emerge until the second glass and were inconsistent through the remainder of the bottle.
