Nez complexe qui prend un certains temps pour se dévoiler, mais là aussi, complexité est au rendez-vous. J'étais sur un Pinot un peu rustique. En bouche, le vin impose respect à son tour. Que c'est tissé serré et complexe ! Oui le vin à encore beaucoup à offrir, mais ce côté rustique-fruits-épices-bois me charme. Excellent ++
