  With proper provenance, this cuvée is off the charts right now, in early 2024. drink all you have! I cannot believe how the other scores are, Relative to the quality three years later. People just drank it too soon

  I love this terroir up in the hill above clos de tart, surrounded by the forest...with global warming these are excellent terroirs now and the villages have consistently the value of a 1er cru. This is no exception, a stemmy nose, and nice structure, a bit grainy, but nice texture and very nice salty aftertaste from the stems. However, Lignier Michelot has fantastic plots, but there is too much extraction, too much pump over and too much wood, which ends up with too much oxidization, and in the end, flattens the wine.

  Nice nose. Great bright fruit with excellent balance. A slight herb/green notes detracts a bit. Not sure how this will age.

  3 hours in decanter - the wine is singing. Beautiful expression of fruit and elegance. There is depth and good level of complexity. Will drink well for a while.
