This has developed into a beautiful wine and in my opinion it’s peak drinking window. Flavours more like Cams first note some 10 years ago, rose petal jam, ripe red berries, glazed cherries, tar in the background, tannins so fine they are almost not there but there enough to keep it all together, acidity the same. Drink now this is not barolo but a great example of how Nebbiolo can perform in Australia

SLDS October 2019: Tar, black berry, blueberry and violets. Lovely acidity on the palate to go along with the black fruit style. Really good length and there is still time for this to show more.

Riesling Rampage 2017: Blackcurrant, musk, cherry and ash on the nose. The tannins are present but are fine and work well with the savoury styled fruit. Carries well into a very good length finish. Still young, this has plenty of time left to develop and show what its got.

Italian Immigrants (Sydney, Australia): I loved the nose on this - rose petals, tar, some brown sugar and red cherries. The palate is delicious - powerful layers of red fruit, acidity and tannin supporting each other into a fantastic long finish.
