  92/100. ЯБЛОЧНЫЙ СПАС
  
  Orange color. Apple pastila and pieces of dried cut apple. After your first sip, you think it’s somewhat off peak, but palate is much younger than nose, fresh, with medium length.
  
  Second time around, bottle from the same batch, slightly different, yet with a consistent score.
  
  Good producer, Billaud-Simon.

  very nice right now - a surprise from the cellar. Just a hint of oxidation develops, but initially lots of citrus, minerality, classic-Chablis. I would think, that this is just turning its peak and going downwards, but on the day very enjoyable
