  • Grand cru, indeed! Really nice Chablis. Nose was maritime minerals, a bit yeasty, lemon. The wine had great texture, voluminous. Flavors of lemon, hint of pineapple, slate, white stone fruit. Silky long finish. Very classy stuff.

  • A little infanticide, perhaps, but what a treat. Tons of yeasty lees character on the nose with lemon curd, a touch of honey, white flowers, and lime. The palate is energetic and perfectly balanced with crispness fortified by just a touch of crystalline creamy texture. A nice long citrus finish brings it all together - I don’t know if this would necessarily be more what I’m looking for with age but I’m really happy to have opened it now.
