Let me start by saying that this is a wine that will polarise most people, the nose begins with a combination of funky blue cheese and floral elements, on the palate there is melon fruit that has held well and combines with limey citrus characters.
The finish has very good length and vibrant acidity considering the wines age.
A hard wine to score but a very interesting one to drink. Review Link - www.winereviewer.com.au (drink from 2011-2013)

Palate was interesting. Not sure I'm into these older whites... Lacked fruit but still had the acidity. My first impression was that this was a spoiled wine. Upon revisiting I did find it interesting, but would I buy a wine that tasted like this? NO.

Very muted initially but may have been served too cold. As it warmed up it showed an interesting honey dominant nose with nutty, caramel oak behind. I thought the palate was lacking in balance and length. Regardless, I found in an interesting experience to drink and think about.

Very dark, almost materized, scent of semillon, drink up, pungent.

Really clean color, would benefit from decanting as it needed time to open, quite pleasant with Korean food.
