Fully mature and showing notes of oxidation (shellac and beautiful golden color), it is drinking like an old school white Rioja. Perfect for Thanksgiving turkey.

(Booker White (Roussanne/Viognier)) #1; COLOR-golden; NOSE-a little corn on the cob action; hints of Asian spice; acacia flower; subtle pineapple; tropical fruit; very nice and exciting nose; PALATE-Wow!! great acid; big wine; the oily viscosity and texture is nice; great length; beautiful peanut oil flavors on the mid-palate; just gorgeous; spectacular star fruit and kiwi/guava/papaya action on the back-end; what a great structured finish -- MY GOD!!; this finish is SPECTACULAR; this compares with $80-$90 bottles in the Rhone; GV-94

Nicely balanced, holding up well with a few years in the cellar, from Magnum.

Spicy, floral nose, with tropical fruit, peaches, rich and viscous in the mouth. Stellar finish. Yum!

Exotic spice, floral notes, peaches, lychee, and mineral - quite an unique combo indeed. Holding up well. Medium finish. Singular.
