La Paulée de San Francisco - The Verticals (The Fairmont - San Francisco CA): Tasting, brief note. Forward lemon and lemon peel character with the weighty mouth feel of Blagny clay. Good in general, prob best young.
Nice but not the typical meursault taste. Bit sour. Need Some time to open up
Flinty, with wonderfully concentrated layers of tropical fruit and minerals. Mouth puckering acidity.
La Paulée de San Francisco - Grand Tasting (The Fairmont - San Francisco CA): Tasting, brief note. Ripe and forward with Meyer lemon and grapefruit hints, an ever-so-slightly sweet finish with moderate length. Good.
