  Mid yellow acknowledges maturity of the wine. Hazel nuts, pineapple and mineral notes. Palate is rich and finish moderately long and balanced. I always enjoy this wine.

  Pear and preserved pineapple in a buttery, creamy package but not as overtly oaked as I recall from a late 2016 tasting. Not complex, and not spectacular in any way but a great match for my food today - cod pan-fried in butter with crispy bacon and dill-seasoned potato mash with beurre noisette. Good wine and what I wanted when I reached for but there are as good or better Bourgogne Blancs for less money.

  Beautiful meursalt drinking very well now. Lots of minerality with just the right acidity, at its peak after 2-3 hours out of the bottle at 9-10 degrees celcius.
