A lovely bottle. Not the most concentrated vintage, but has that very nice interplay of yellow fruit, orange blossom, integrated oak, and mineral crunch that typifies the site.

PYCM vs Lamy vs Ramonent (Kolabo): Blinded. Compared to the 2013 Chateniere which had a riper and rounder style, this was much fresher and tasting younger. Yellow flower, asparagus with mineral long finish.

Really singing. A touch of reduction on the nose that just structured the whole wine.

Bit of gun flint and reduction on the nose, loads of pears and quince notes, buttery and oaky

Superb. One of the best ‘11s I’ve had. Great poise and style. Beautiful.
