Started off with typical reductiveness you expect with a touch of salinity, yellow peaches and nashi pear while maintaining balance between power and finesse on the palate. I tend to prefer leaner vintages even for the En Remilly but this was no slouch!

Brought to Pierre’s in Bridgehampton. Beautiful, light strawed color. Was worried about age, but showed really well. Melon on nose but not overly tropical. Medium bodied. Lovely.

Pearl of Burgundy Gala Dinner 2024 (Four Seasons Hotel): From a magnum. Ripe fruits on the nose well balanced with good acid and precise palate. Would have prefer a leaner white, for the vintage it fare well.

Pearl of Burgundy gala dinner: From magnum. Linear, citrus fruit; well-balanced and compact for a warm vintage.
