(Syncline Syrah Ciel du Cheval Vineyard Red Mountain) First impression is clove and vanilla bean along with high toned black cherries, light herbal notes, raspberries, and floral notes. The palate has fresh, pure cherry flavors with a vanilla and anise filled finish accented by grainy tannins and tangy acidity. 100% Syrah. Aged 16 months in neutral French oak. 14.3% alcohol. 125 cases produced. Sample provided by winery
