3 years on from my last bottle. Still green/gold in colour, gentle but full on the palate and beautiful to drink. 3 left, and will visit again in another 3 years when I expect it will be just as magnificent

Vintage 2012 Tasting: straw gold, tinge of green very fine oak, stone fruits and a mineral spice has good acidity, finishes long, flavours include ripe peaches, buttery, honeysuckle, charry oak, mineral zest

Tasted next to Vasse Felix' 2012 Heytesbury. A little muted on the nose, lemon peel, concentrated fruit, melted butter, minerality. On the palate super intense and powerful, dense, bright, layered, long. Not quite as impressive as previous encounters with this wine, but still very good. Slowly drink up. 92-94

Lovely complexity on the nose - buttery, yellow fruit, oak, lemon oil, minerality, smoke. Bright and generous on the palate, great balance and depth, mineral, vibrant, very long and precise finish. Excellent. 94-96
