One of the best bottles yet. No Funk right off the top. Plenty of tropical fruits. Think pineapple upside down cake with mangoes. The nice hazelnut Character of Chassagne shining through with bright acidity, baked apple and the tropical fruits. Really a pleasure ot enjoy.

Another Awesome example of a well kept wine showing its potential. Strated off a little bottle sick as the others did, but after 20 minutes or so still showed that marzipan and honeyed mango type flavors. Enjoyed with the 16 course meal at Joel Robuchon in Vegas. Couldnt have asked for a better summer wine to match all the courses.

Tasted this wine after 11 years of cellar time and it is glowing. Wonderful nose of honeyed mango, pineapple and papaya with a slight baked apple and toastieness. Wonderful acid and golden color. Not a bit of brown. I hope every bottle is as great as the bottle tasted last night.

A Little bottle sick again. Next time decant for 1.5 hours before and then serve cellar temp. Too cold throws off balance a bit,
