  A little closed at first but after 30 minutes the flavors began to unfold. Richer than I expected, but then the acidity began to brighten and the finish actually had some saline notes. This is complex, still relatively youthful, and I will hold my final bottle for several years, hoping for even more evolution and balance. Very good wine with great potential I believe.

  Très joli vin frais et très salin, avec de l’énergie et une belle profondeur. Encore jeune, il commence à s'ouvrir et promet un bel avenir. 92-93 pts

  2014 Les Caillerets. Light yellow. Anise seed, lemon nose. A little more relaxed and broader than the 2019 En Cailleret but by no means lacking energy. The flavours shows some biscuit along with the apple and lemon fruit. Long silky finish. Delicious!
  
  Both wines better with several hours open.

  mouth - intense. impressively concentrated verging on sappy pit fruit followed by zippy tangerine - you know the tart but very ripe kind that one can easily gobble up in an instant. Finishes very long with that dreamy tangerine flavor that just lingers. Superbly satisfying.
