Although this is a bit one dimensional, with one pure steady note of mid-level syrah fruit/flavor, it is pleasing in it's simplicity and the fact that it is a very pure expression of syrah (though on the lighter side) without a lot of oak or other stuff overshadowing it.

Prior notes on this don't reflect the wine I tasted. Decent nose of boysenberry and blueberries. Intruiging kirsch and blackberry on the palate. A bit hot, but eminently drinkable.

Undrinkable. Hard to imagine this will even age to something decent. Pour it down the sink. I did.
