Considering this is a 2007 CA cab blend I would expect much more. This is not a flattering wine on any level. Muted aromas, a flat palate, and nothing exciting about his wine. There was a ton of sediment to punctuate the overall disappointment. A poor QPR even at $23 I paid.
Day 2 - marginally worse. Score 81.

Drank with family, 2nd bottle of night. This was my least favorite of the night, as it just kind of sat there in the background without a wow factor. A true Bordeaux blend, with each of the 5 varieties permitted in Bordeaux -- 50.6% Merlot, 27.2% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14.4% Malbec, 5.6% Petite Verdot, 2.1% Cabernet Franc. However, the cabernet franc was evident on the nose, so that 2.1% went a long way.
