Primarily drank w/ Kim, Bill & Debbie on second day following seared tuna & noodles while playing pool. Opened up very nicely on second day with nose of blackberry and tar. Good mouth feel with reasonably long aftertaste, flavors or dark stone fruit, terroir, tar and development of some smoke on aftertaste. Quite smooth for such a young bordeaux.

Happy to find a bottle on the shelf in Brewster,MA. Previous notes apply. This is on the thin side, but all told a good wine and a very good QPR. Nice supple mouth with decent structure and pleasant nose. Drank it myself.

OPens very nicely in the glass. An hour of air and this wine was giving up an entrancing aroma with some licorice and petroleum. Late notes of coffee. Well structured and amenable to rich food.

Definitely acceptable. Soft mouth and undistinguished aroma, but no complaints for any every day wine. 50% Cabernet 50% Merlot. I'm glad I had the case sitting on top of my better stuff, because the cellar raiders got to it first and gave me a chance to hide my Gevrey-Chambertin and the Fontalloro.

Surprisingly good with the right level of tartness and fruit. Oak tannins were obvious.
