taste: very nice medium+ acidity with a very good medium feel and tones of red fruits, floral tones, berries and some bits of red cherries
overall: this bottle had been a big leaker. We weren't sure of it in the beginning, but this was a nice wine. Not sure if it was a fully representative wine because of the leaking

Old Oregon Pinot Noir - Wine Berserker off-line (Wildwood restaurant - Portland, OR): The nose showed sweet cherries, dried mushroom, and some potpourri. Smells youthful. The palate starts off with great balance of flavor and structure, beautiful strawberry fruit, chalk, raspberries, earth. Starting into the finish the acidity gets very strong, over-powering the flavors on the finish, keeping things rather short. Very interesting and complex, showing age, if only the strength of the acidity on the finish was a bit more in line with the flavor perhaps this would be much better.

25 years old and was tasting fantastic. This was found in a wine shop still in the original box with a perfect fill and label. Perfectly integrated with beautiful plum and earth. Very Burgundian in body and weight. The alcohol is a perfect 13% and there was still a nice acid on the finish. This is on the way out but is still drinking quite well and I will consume my other bottles in the next year or two. What a prize for $15.

Old Oregon Pinot with Travis and Friends (Little Bird): Fruit Roll up on the nose, hot and flabby in mouth. Like 03 village Beaune.
