  4.5 yrs cellared, and this fairly inexpensive wine is drinking very well. Soft, supple, and round, plum and cherry notes. Slight tartness, very nice.

  I tried this many weeks ago and I cannot remember a whole lot about it. I clearly did not love it or hate it. Sorry this tasting note is meant for myself. Not really for public consumption.

  Lovely wine and indicative of a great Oregon Pinot. Delivers a brambly intensity of raspberry and cherry layers, framed by a lithe structure, perfect balance, and a succulent mouthfeel. Seamless and closes with impressive length on the darjeeling tea finish.

  If you are a fan of Oregonian Pinot Noir then you will like Adelsheim. I find that Adelsheim is lighter weight than other pinot's but I still think that they are very good. Hint's of Cherry on the nose.
