  Dark cherry/raspberry flavors with a pronounced minerality. A licorice streak appears on the finish. The fruit is slightly sour/underripe and acid is high-. Drinking well.

  Consistent with my last bottle. Very sharp and high acid with good minerals, taught cherry and plants of crushed stones. Well made although a bit weak on the finish.

  From 375ml bottle. Here the aromatics are highly expressive showing red cherries, cola, earth and spices. Medium acidity providing a good lift to the medium bodied flavors of dark red Pinot fruits, stones and earthy minerals that ends with a long finish which exhibits a slight green bitterness.
