Quite fragrant in the nose with a lot of ripe fruits, apricots, grapefruits, pears, pineapples, starfruits, and yellow flowers; still tight on the palate with layers and layers of sweet stewed fruits; long finish mirroring the palate yet with some wood bitterness; needed quite a long time to breathe in the bottle first; overall, 88-89 points at this stage.

Always an interesting blend. Very floral. This vintage seems a tad sweeter than I recall from the past, but it still works well with many types of food.
