Blind. After two bottles of Amoureuses from this vintage earlier this month, the BM tastes very very different. Great acidity, lacy purple fruit, some meatiness and lots of smoke, just delicious. But nobody was guessing 1996! 94+

Probably not in the best condition. Lovely on the nose, with plenty of fruit and spice. Slightly metallic on the palate. Quite high acidity and a little rustic, showing the vintage characteristics.
