  • This wine is delicious, elegant and feminine.

Upon opening and pouring the wine into the glass you momentarily see frizzante (bubbles escaping). The nose is not very expressive, hints of minerals, wet stone, white flowers. The palate however is very expressive and clean with white field flowers, elder flower, minerals, wet slate and back end, fresh cut white peaches.
There is upfront fruit, but as the wines creamy texture moves along to the mid palate the acid kicks in wicking away the fruit and drying your palate. A hint of tannin is left on your tongue and you salivate waiting for the next sip. Very important to serve this wine at the correct temp or the acid won’t show. Purchased from retail store and consumed same day at 38-43 Drinking window now to 10 years… Na zdrowie

  • Tasty, but it didn't seem to have that special something I loved about a previous vintage. I will wait and see how it develops.
