  Ruby red in glass. Nose was highlight with rasberry, other red fruits and leather. Quite complex. On palate not so much so. Short finish. Still young.

  Ruby in appearance, this wine displays an interesting medium plus nose of violets, lightly cooked strawberries , plums, mushroomy sous-bois, leather, and hints of cardamom and fenugreek. There is medium plus acidity, a medium palate of cooked red fruits and herbs, and light tannins. The finish is a satisfying medium plus. Still young , this wine exhibits some real complexity and is a great value entry level Burgundy. Should develop over the next 5 years.
