  Dark red in colour, the nose exhibits rich dark fruit. Nice fine bead. Very fresh and sweet on the front palate but finishes savoury with mature plum and black fruit. Lots going on here, quite a full, deep, complex sparkling shiraz which has a medium length finish of soft tannins. Very approachable now and come to think of very enjoyable. A wine that brings a smile to your face on a hot day!

  Good example of well aged good fizz shiraz, so powerful and too jammy when I had tasted first time(last year) of this fizz but now has round fyll ripen fruits charcater and dark chocolate, plum jam and finishbwas so neat even though sparkle has wipen out. High recommend fizz shiraz with chicken, turkey 구리고 삼겹살 ^^
