  Lovely fine mousse, black fruits on nose. On the palate, only slightly sweet, nice cleansing acidity. Not at all confected. Dangerously easy to drink, very satisfying. Nice wine. Can't say on glass development, we knocked the bottle back inside an hour. Not exactly fine wine, but exactly right tonight.

  an epiphany wine - i had never had a sparkling shiraz that i would classify as "fine wine" until this. wonderfully complex - plummy, molasses - the carbon dioxide balances the slight sweetness perfectly. not overly fizzy, just a tingle to clean up the finish. very good.
