  100% Syrah
  
  Nice black core, widened and bricked rim. Brownish hue. Definitely showing the sign of time.
  
  Balsamic, crushed blackberry and black currant, old leather, cured meat.
  
  Resolved and quite dusty tannin, medium high acidity, medium body. Fruit is fading showing stewed black prune, some traces of black fruit. Hollowed midpalate (quite watery actually). Finish is strangely oaky and vanilla infused.
  
  Three worded review of this wine would be "over the hill". This could be a really nice wine a couple of years ago. Now the fruit is letting go while the oak component lingers. Disjointed basically. 85-

  Visual - dark garnet with brown tinge on edge, good legs
  Nose - fruity, sweet ripe strawberry
  Palate - fuller bodied, fruity, rhubarb, slightly acidic, long dry finish,
  Paired well with fatty grilled rib steak

  Fruta negra y roja con buena madurez. Pimienta, violetas..syrah. Parece bastante cerrado ahora mismo, lo mejor, ya sabes, la última copa. Aún necesita de un tiempo en botella para ir sacando algo de complejidad.
  
  Tiene buena frescura y unos taninos bastante elegantes, se bebe perfectamente pero como decía está algo cerrado ahora mismo. Un punto de madurez menos lo hubiera agradecido, creo que la syrah pierde mucha personalidad y se unifica bastante según nos vamos acercando a la sobremaduración.
