Fresh herbal and citrus nose. Bit of stony minerality. Rich on the palate, lovely unctuousness but buffered by tons of lemon-infused acidity. Intensity way beyond its level. Fantastic drive on the finish. Just terrific juice.

On nose walnuts, mentol, lemon, . Has a saline and mineral tone. There were candied orchard fruit aromas and flavours. High acidity balanced with feeling of sweetness, kiwi and caramel. It had excellent structure and very long finish.

Very full texture that is yet rich and round but still has plenty of tension. Not reductive as expected. Kept changing in the glass from roasted almonds to lemon, butter, and pear. Punches way above its weight. Has a saline and mineral tone towards the second half of the bottle. Can age but incredible tonight. Very long finish. Scallop cassolette with cream faces the wine a sort of sea like salinity but would go for lobster a l'Armoricaine instead.

Intense citrus, I guessed Meursault or Puligny as this was served blind. Creamy, easy drinking. Made sense on the reveal.
This is great for Bourgogne, but it's not at the level of the 1er and GC that can be bought for the same price or less.

@ Vista* | Generous aroma of ripe citrus, creamy, glossy on the palate with enough intensity to hold its shape.
