  3 Std. vor dem Probieren belüftet.
  - Schon leicht bräunlich im Glas. Sicherlich jetzt trinkreich. Nur noch ein paar Jahre aufzubewahren.
  - Rund und schön zu trinken. Tolle Frucht. Integrierte Säure und Tannine. Macht wirklich Spaß.
  - Allerdings von der Komplexität kein Spitzen-B.

  2010 Corsini B. San Pietro vs 2010 R. Fenocchio Bbs:
  - Beide mit Dekanter belüftet
  - Farbe: beide Weine leicht bräunlich. Überraschend. Mittel konzentriert, genau wie erwartet.
  - Der Fenocchio ist ein schöner Bbs wie er sein sollte: schöne Tannine, gute Säure, Kirsch Frucht.
  - Der Corsini ist noch etwas anstrengender, weil zu jung. Ein richtig typischer Barolo. Tannine, ordentliche aber nicht zu starke Säure und Kirsche. Toll!
  - Beide Weine sind für den Preis toll!

  The perfumed nose showed dusty red fruits, orange tinged floral tones, minty herbs, and exotic spices. On the palate, I found intense, densely pack tart red fruit, battling silky textures with a layer of fine tannin. This complex and structured red needs time to unwind but seems poised to enjoy a long life in the cellar.
