It was one of the twelve wines in the CNY gathering in Jim's home with wonderful fireworks. Everybody got drunk that night but felt graceful. Thank you Jim!

SLDS September 2022: Blind. Bright and light floral nose, with cherry, raspberry and redcurrant following. Medium weighted palate, quite light fruit profile and the structure is present but not forceful. Really good length to this. Drinking really nicely now.

A breath-takingly beautiful Brunate! It shows the typical notes of menthol, tobacco, leather, tar, licorice, dark red fruit and some sweet spices. Is full-bodied, dense and extracted, but with super fresh high acidity, and truckloads of (ripe and great quality) tannin. Fantastic length. This is very young and primary but the sheer class and pedigree is impossible to be overlooked... I would be surprised if this is not ageing into something even better... (96-98p.)

La Festa del Barolo (Four Seasons Restaurant, New York, NY): Light ruby. Sweet mentholated nose of cherry and rose. Full bodied, powerful, and structured, yet already with a silky mouthfeel. Roberto was particularly happy with this vintage, calling it "extremely charming."

95pts after 8hs decanting. Tasting hour by hour but only stay amazing in last hour. (Close in a half time). Totally evolve with terciary aroms.
