Some reduction. White and yellow fruits. The bottle age has added some roundness and weight here that balances so nicely with the typical Roulot profile. Lovely bottle drinking very well at present.

Citrus reduction, white fruit, balanced but a shame to serve it next to Coche from the same vintage. Bullied. With that said the vintage quality is great, lovely fruit wholeness. 92

Asperg Wine Syndrome Tasting Group: Summer 2022 Edition - Part 2: Tasted blind. Popped and poured. Clear, medium golden color. Fine, elegant nose with some fine reduction, pear and spices. Bone dry, oak beautifully integrated and only noticeable as the spine. Dense and creamy, but otherwise rather lean and never fat. Some bitter notes, pear, hints of exotic fruit. With air it gains more depth and minerality. Good balance. Long finish. 93+

Very nutty and reductive, rather linear, tight and focused. Lemon curd, flowers, fresh almond and touch of honey but really still rather youthful.
