Beautifully elegant wine but just lacking a little depth to be truly notable. Green apple meets white flowers. A very pretty, peaceful and meek wine. Totally pleasant but short.

Viner i Bodø-påske; 4/18/2019-4/21/2019 (Bodø): Another superb 2014 Chablis. Aired for about five hours. Lean, fresh and delicate with oyster minerals and squeezed lime that plays on the palate. Green apples grown above the polar circle is a describer for freshness in this wine.
