  This was consumed over a couple of holiday meals and no notes were taken. It may be a touch thin, but the fruit is still vibrant and otherwise it showed all the classic Loire Cab Franc notes, pairing well with both meals, especially a fennel, herb, and garlic roasted pork shoulder and roasted root vegetables.
